Job Description

As the HR Manager - Talent Acquisition, your main responsibility will be to plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for construction and infrastructure projects. This role will involve hiring technical, engineering, and support staff for project sites and corporate offices, ensuring timely manpower availability for ongoing and upcoming projects. - **Recruitment & Manpower Planning** - Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements for construction and infrastructure projects. - Prepare manpower planning and recruitment strategies for project and corporate positions. - Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. - **Technical Hiring** - Recruit professionals for roles such as Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Bridge Design Engineers, Project Managers, QA/QC Engineers, Surveyors, and Site Supervisors. - Identify candidates with experience in roads, bridges, highways, irrigation, and infrastructure projects. - **Talent Sourcing** - Source candidates through job portals, qualified networks, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and campus hiring. - Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future project requirements. - **Interview Coordination** - Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads. - Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - **Offer Management & Onboarding** - Negotiate compensation packages within company guidelines. - Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. - Ensure smooth onboarding of employees for corporate office and project sites. - **Employer Branding** - Promote the company as an employer of choice in the construction and infrastructure industry. - Maintain relationships with engineering colleges and recruitment partners. - **Recruitment Tracking & Reporting** - Maintain recruitment database and trackers. - Provide recruitment status reports to management on a regular basis. - Monitor recruitment timelines and cost per hire. - **Compliance & Documentation** - Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and statutory proper documentation of candidate records and employment contracts. **Qualifications** - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience** - 15 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Minimum 8 years in construction/infrastructure industry recruitment preferred. **Key Skills** - Recruitment and talent acquisition strategy - Technical hiring for engineering and project roles - Strong networking and sourcing skills - Knowledge of construction industry manpower requirements - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple project hiring requirements **Preferred Knowledge** - Familiarity with hiring for NHAI, MoRTH, EPC, and infrastructure projects. - Experience in hiring for site-based and project-based roles. - Knowledge of job portals, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
