Job Description

As an experienced HR Manager at our hospital, your role is crucial in overseeing and managing all human resource functions to support high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with hospital objectives - Managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, and support staff - Overseeing onboarding, orientation, and induction programs - Handling employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards - Managing payroll coordination, attendance, shifts, leave, and statutory compliance - Leading performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives - Planning and executing training programs and skill development activities - Maintaining HR records, employee files, and HRMIS systems - Supporting hospital leadership with manpower planning and workforce analytics - Promoting a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of hospital HR operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance - Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise - Conflict resolution and employee relations management - Organizational and leadership skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Masters degree / MBA in HR is preferred Experience: - Above 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment - Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical workforce Why Join Us: - Work in a dynamic healthcare environment - Opportunity to lead and shape HR practices in a growing hospital - Competitive salary and benefits **Benefits:** - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement - Paid sick time Please note that the work location is in person.
