Job Description
As an experienced HR Manager in the IT industry, your role will involve handling end-to-end human resource operations for our organization. This includes recruitment for various IT positions, managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing HR operations, coordinating payroll, and ensuring statutory compliance to support business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT recruitment for roles such as developers, designers, QA, and support positions
Handle onboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintain HR records efficiently
Coordinate payroll activities, manage attendance, and oversee leave management procedures
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as EPF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws
Support performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee concerns promptly and foster a positive workplace culture
Collaborate with management on manpower planning and development of HR strategies
Requirements:
Possess a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience as an HR Manager in an IT company is preferred
Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and HR operations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Location: Tiruppur
Experience: 1 To 4 Years (IT industry preferred)
