You will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various levels. Additionally, you will maintain positive employee relations and engagement, support performance management processes, plan and coordinate training and development initiatives, handle payroll inputs and compensation-related activities, ensure smooth HR operations and administrative functions, and contribute to HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
