Job Description
You are a seasoned, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience, seeking to join the dynamic team at Oda Class in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, engagement, compliance, and HR operations. Your role will play a crucial part in driving culture, streamlining HR processes, and supporting business growth in partnership with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and quality hiring practices.
- Drive smooth onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure seamless HRIS management.
- Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle employee offboarding.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles, maintain performance data, and implement engagement activities.
- Plan and execute recognition programs, cultural initiatives, and support strategic HR projects.
- Ensure statutory compliance, adherence to labor laws, and implement HR policies and handbooks.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
- Generate HR reports, maintain key people analytics, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Role Details:
- Position: HR Executive
- Location: Bengaluru
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:30 PM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience: 46 years in HR (EdTech experience is an advantage)
- Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Salary: Best in the industry
