Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated Freelance HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities on a commission basis. The role is fully remote and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain recruitment data and daily activity reports
Understand client requirements and deliver within timelines
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Own laptop and stable internet connection required
Compensation:
