Role Overview:
At EY, you have the opportunity to join the UK and Ireland Talent Team in enhancing its Management Information (MI) provision. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an updated MI provision that is insightful, fit for purpose, and efficient. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to re-imagining the Reporting and Analytics function to enable better business decisions and improve employees' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the current MI produced by various talent functions
- Grasping technical issues related to reporting, data manipulation, and privacy
- Gathering feedback on future MI requirements and negotiating with global support teams
- Making recommendations on future MI provision and setting up MI deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and standards
- Identifying and leveraging leading talent analytics practices
- Involvement in the delivery of MI produced by the wider team
Qualifications Required:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Proven analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to establish credibility, manage projects and stakeholders, and develop MI production processes
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualization packages such as Excel, Power Bi, and Alteryx
- Data interpretation skills and the ability to present relevant findings effectively
