Job Description
As a forward-thinking and execution-focused Business HR professional at Microland Ltd, your role involves partnering closely with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and operations teams to drive digital transformation across HR processes. You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, re-engineering and optimizing existing HR processes, and implementing digital workflows and system-driven HR solutions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards, analytics reports, and workforce insights to enhance HR effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify automation opportunities across the employee lifecycle and re-engineer HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Implement and manage digital workflows, rule-based automations, and system-driven HR solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics reports, and workforce insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, privacy compliance, and audit readiness in automated HR processes.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system effectiveness.
- Maintain process documentation including SOPs, workflow maps, and technical specifications.
- Partner with business leaders to support talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance on onboarding, performance management, engagement, and policy interpretation.
- Support employee relations matters with a compliant and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to drive talent initiatives and business-aligned HR programs.
- Provide data-backed insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience with exposure to HR automation and business partnering.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (SuccessFactors / Workday preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, controls, and data governance.
