Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Lead at the company, your role involves leading the talent acquisition function to find and attract qualified candidates through various channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with TVH Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence processes. Additionally, you will administer and interpret psychometric testing and assessment tools in line with TVH global process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function to attract qualified candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Administer and interpret psychometric testing and assessment tools
- Ensure speed and effectiveness of the hiring process
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure fair and equitable hiring processes for a diverse workforce
In the Pre-Onboarding phase, your responsibilities will include ensuring administrative readiness by completing all necessary paperwork, system access, and logistical arrangements before the new hire's start date. You will provide essential information about the company, role, and expectations to the new hire. Additionally, you will maintain consistent communication, prepare the workspace and tools, and build excitement for the new hire.
Moving on to Onboarding, you will focus on ensuring role integration, performance clarity, cultural assimilation, relationship building, and networking for the new hire. Your role will involve facilitating introductions, providing cultural training, and promoting team integration to help the new hire adjust smoothly to the company culture.
In terms of HRIS Support, you will be responsible for timely and accurate issue resolution, user support and education, data integrity and accuracy, and system knowledge and expertise. Your role will involve resolving HRIS-related inquiries, providing user support, ensuring data accuracy, and staying up-to-date on system updates.
During Offboarding, you will ensure a smooth administrative process, knowledge transfer and documentation, exit interviews and feedback collection, positive employee experience, brand management, compliance with legal requirements, and system and access termination. Your responsibilities will include completing administrative tasks accurately, capturing departing employees' knowledge, conducting exit interviews, maintaining open communication, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
As the Employee And Business Support, you will be responsible for efficiently addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your role will involve addressing HR-related inquiries, guiding employees on policies and procedures, providing employee relations support, and ensuring proper documentation of HR-related paperwork.
