Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining noon, a company dedicated to building an ecosystem of digital products and services across the Middle East. As an HR Admin Assistant, your role will involve supporting the HR and Onboarding teams with various administrative tasks to help drive the company's mission of delivering to every door every day. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update documents, trackers, and databases accurately. - Coordinate with candidates for scheduling, follow-ups, and communications. - Assist in routine administrative tasks for the HR and Onboarding teams. - Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and operational data using Google Sheets and MS Excel. - Ensure proper document control and timely updates of records. - Support the team with general coordination and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree is required. - Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles. - Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel for managing trackers, dashboards, and reports. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
