Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or sales in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing key accounts. Knowledge of the South India market is essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
