Daily Operations Management * Handle day-to-day operational activities * Ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently * Coordinate between departments (sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, etc.) 2. Coordination & Follow-ups * Follow up with vendors, suppliers, transporters, or internal teams * Track orders, deliveries, and service timelines * Resolve operational issues quickly 3. Documentation & Records * Prepare and maintain invoices, challans, purchase orders, delivery notes * Keep operational records updated * Ensure compliance with company procedures 4. Process Improvement * Identify gaps or delays in operations * Suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Help standardize workflows 5. Customer & Client Support * Respond to operational queries from clients * Ensure commitments are met * Handle complaints related to delivery or service 6. Reporting * Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports * Share status updates with seniors or management. Skills Required * Good communication & coordination skills * Strong follow-up ability * Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / CRM / Tally * Time management & multitasking * Problem-solving mindset.
