Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + Regional Language (Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
