Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Curriculum Development
- Plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State Board, etc.).
- Use interactive teaching techniques, including experiments, multimedia tools, and group discussions.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
2. Laboratory Management & Practical Demonstrations
- Conduct and supervise chemistry experiments safely in a lab environment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
- Educate students on laboratory safety protocols.
3. Assessment & Student Evaluation
- Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, and lab reports to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and extra support to students who need it.
- Organize practical assessments and project-based evaluations.
4. Classroom & Student Engagement
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and scientific thinking.
- Guide students in science fairs, Olympiads, and competitive exams.
- Support students in academic research, chemistry projects, and career guidance.
5. Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with other science teachers, lab assistants, and school administration.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
