As a Healthcare Recruiter at our company, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and coordinating with medical professionals for leading hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, and Medical college staff. Your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals across India - Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms - Conducting initial screening and interviews - Coordinating interviews between candidates and hospital HR teams - Follow-ups for offers, negotiations, and joinings - Maintaining and updating candidate databases - Achieving monthly offer and joining targets As a candidate for this role, we require you to have the following qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools - Ability to work with targets and deadlines Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
