Head of Supply Chain Management

As the Supply Chain Development Head at Rotimatic, you will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and scaling the global supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: - Improving supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management. - Driving logistics and distribution network optimization across global markets. - Enhancing demand planning using data analytics and AI-powered forecasting. - Supplier & Vendor Management: - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding strategic suppliers for critical components and raw materials. - Establishing long-term partnerships with key vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. - Implementing risk mitigation strategies for supplier dependencies and geopolitical disruptions. - Logistics & Fulfillment Excellence: - Enhancing supply chain visibility through real-time tracking and predictive analytics. - Optimizing warehousing, transportation, and inventory management for improved cost control. - Driving end-to-end automation and process enhancements in logistics. - Technology Integration & Data-Driven Insights: - Implementing ERP and advanced planning tools to improve operational decision-making. - Collaborating with data science and product teams to develop intelligent supply chain models. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives. - Developing strategies for new product launches and global expansion. Qualifications and Experience: - Education & Background: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business. - 10+ years of experience in supply chain development, procurement, and logistics. - Experience in AI-driven, tech-enabled, or FMCD supply chains is a plus. - Technical & Functional Skills: - Strong knowledge of supply chain automation, AI/ML in logistics, and predictive analytics. - Expertise in ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain tools. - Understanding of global sourcing, supplier compliance, and trade regulations. - Soft Skills: - Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
