Head of Product

As a visionary and execution-focused Product Leader in the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem, you will play a critical role in driving the development of connected vehicle technologies and customer-facing digital experiences to ensure a seamless and intelligent EV journey from end to end. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor Product Managers in IoT (e.g., vehicle telematics, connectivity, charging infrastructure) and Customer Experience (e.g., mobile apps, in-car interfaces, service touchpoints). - Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligning with EV platform goals and user experience vision. - Oversee development and integration of connected vehicle features for real-time data insights, diagnostics, and OTA capabilities. - Drive digital experiences enhancing the ownership lifecycle from onboarding and driving to charging and servicing. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Customer Support, Marketing, and OEM/partner teams. - Leverage customer insights, market trends, and analytics to identify opportunities and refine product direction. - Champion a user-centric, data-informed product culture while ensuring high performance across teams. - Present product vision, progress, and business impact to executive leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. - Strong track record in IoT product development and customer experience in the EV, automotive, or mobility sectors. - Experience with connected vehicle platforms, telematics, cloud-based IoT systems, and mobile applications. - Deep understanding of the EV customer journey, including charging, range anxiety, remote vehicle monitoring, etc. - Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with EV charging infrastructure (AC/DC, public/private networks). - Familiarity with industry standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, or CAN protocols. - Background in agile development, user research, and digital product analytics.
