Job Description

As the Head of Marketing, Brand Growth and Strategy for National Utility Choice Program, Watertown Swim School, and Tekholic360, your primary responsibility will be to lead marketing strategy across the companies to increase brand visibility, generate inbound leads, strengthen brand credibility, and support long-term business growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership to establish scalable marketing systems and drive measurable results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple brands. - Increase brand visibility on various platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others. - Implement SEO strategies, blogs, and content programs to boost organic traffic. - Create and manage email campaigns and lead generation funnels. - Enhance brand awareness to make the companies recognizable. - Identify partnership marketing opportunities and build relationships. - Recruit and oversee social media managers, designers, content creators, and other marketing team members. - Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results. The annual salary for this position is 15,00,000 per year, with additional performance bonuses available based on lead generation growth, inbound business inquiries, audience and brand growth, sales team recruitment support, and campaign performance. **Requirements:** - Strong background in digital marketing, brand growth, and lead generation. - Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing strategies with measurable outcomes. - Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing teams. - Proficiency in analytical and strategic thinking. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours. - Location in or near New Delhi with the flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous involvement in international markets. - Support experience for B2B sales organizations. - Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
