Head of BI Analytics

As an experienced data analytics professional, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating advanced knowledge of data analysis and modeling principles, including KPI Tree creation, reporting best practices, predictive analytics, and statistical and ML based modeling techniques. - Leveraging your 20+ years of work experience in analytics, with a focus on leading teams, to drive impactful results. Candidates with a background in the Insurance Industry are preferred. - Applying your understanding of analytical concepts and statistical techniques to develop hypotheses, design tests/experiments, analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to business units. - Showcasing strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities to tackle complex challenges effectively. - Utilizing your exceptional ability to plan and manage multiple processes, people, and projects concurrently.
