Role Overview:
As an Art Director at OLIVER, you will be responsible for managing projects for key global brands across various platforms and channels. Collaborating with the Lead Creator, you will develop digital concepts, art direction, and assets that meet exemplary standards in craft while staying true to the clients' brand guidelines. Your experience in Adobe After Effects and basic motion graphics will be crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Art direct and produce high standards of craft and innovative work across platforms
- Take accountability for the full creative process from concept to execution
- Assist the Lead Creator in pitching creative solutions aligned with clients' marketing strategies
- Ensure all design work adheres to the latest digital requirements and social trends
Qualifications Required:
- Strong ideation and concepting skills for big ideas and digital/social campaigns
- Proficiency in art direction and visualisation, spanning from static to motion
- Good understanding of the digital landscape and development of social assets
- Highly creative integrated designer with the ability to positively influence client briefs
- Confident in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects within various design guidelines
- Understanding of design principles, as well as awareness of UX/UI and Responsive Design trends
- Experience in Adobe After Effects and basic motion graphics is a must
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven experience working closely with clients during kick-off
- Passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about creativity
- Self-motivated with high accountability and able to work with little supervision
- Aptitude to learn new software effectively
- Actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across the community, clients, and creations
