As an experienced professional in financial strategy compliance and governance, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading risk management frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
- Providing strategic guidance on capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial performance optimization.
- Mentoring and leading high-performing finance teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational priorities.
Your qualifications should include:
- Strong experience in financial strategy compliance and governance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and corporate finance.
- Experience in Business Finance and Strategic Role.
In addition to the above, the company requires candidates with an MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school and a minimum of 20 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional leasing, or real estate investment. Successful candidates will have a track record of closing large deals and possess strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
