Head Medical Simulation Operations

As the Manager Clinical Simulation Manager Operations & Training at Adison, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end operations of Medical Simulation and Skill Laboratories established under the BuildOperateTransfer (BOT) model. You will act as a simulation subject-matter expert, trainer, and operational lead, ensuring academic effectiveness, operational continuity, and compliance with BOT obligations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of simulation and skill labs, ensuring uninterrupted functioning and operational readiness - Monitor simulator uptime, lab utilization, schedules, consumables, AV systems, and overall infrastructure health - Implement and maintain SOPs, operational checklists, usage logs, and BOT compliance documentation - Function as a lead trainer and simulation expert for various healthcare professionals - Plan, conduct, and supervise hands-on training programs, faculty orientation sessions, and skill workshops - Engage closely with faculty to customize simulation programs aligned with guidelines - Supervise on-site staff including simulation nurses, IT support personnel, and biomedical engineers - Train, mentor, and upskill lab staff for standardized operations - Coordinate installation, commissioning, and user acceptance of new simulators and systems - Liaise with OEMs, biomedical teams, IT departments, and hospital administration for technical coordination - Plan and organize simulation-based academic events, workshops, and training programs - Act as the operational point of contact between hospital administration, faculty, and internal teams - Identify and resolve operational, academic, or technical challenges with minimal disruption - Support business development initiatives through clinical demonstrations and faculty discussions - Prepare and submit operational and academic reports for compliance and performance tracking **Required Qualifications & Experience:** - Educational background in Nursing, Life Sciences, or allied healthcare disciplines - Minimum 510 years of experience in medical simulation labs or clinical skills training environments - Hands-on experience with high-fidelity simulators preferred **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong understanding of medical simulation methodology and clinical skills training - Excellent training, communication, and presentation skills - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in academic healthcare settings - Strong problem-solving ability and operational execution - Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of simulation labs, faculty engagement, on-site team competency, and institutional relationships, supporting Adison's growth in medical simulation.
