Role Overview: As the Head of Digital Transformation at PROMAN, you will play a crucial role in leading the company-wide transformation initiative Project PROMAN Edge. This is a business transformation role where you will collaborate directly with the Founder and leadership team to design and implement AI-enabled systems aimed at enhancing engineering cycle time, pricing intelligence, execution discipline, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute PROMANs digital transformation roadmap - Reduce design cycle time through structured automation - Build AI-assisted BOQ and pricing intelligence systems - Improve quote-to-order conversion and margin visibility - Integrate ERPNext workflows across departments - Drive adoption of intelligent systems across various functions including engineering, sales, projects, manufacturing, and service - Establish measurable KPIs and dashboards for tracking progress Qualifications Required: - 815 years of experience in manufacturing/heavy engineering/crushing equipment/construction equipment - Experience in leading ERP implementation or operational automation - Strong understanding of costing, margins, and project execution - Ability to identify business pain points and develop system solutions - Hands-on mindset with a focus on implementation rather than just presentation - Demonstrated measurable impact in previous transformation roles Additional Company Details: PROMAN is a leading manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment, plants, and systems.
