Job Description

As the Head of Creative & Production, you will lead a newly centralized creative unit, overseeing a team of 10+ designers and videographers. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all content, from social media snippets to high-stakes video productions, meets a gold standard of innovation and creativity. Your mission involves integrating cutting-edge technology such as Generative AI and cohesive storytelling across all business verticals to elevate the visual output of the entire group. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Centralized Leadership:** Manage and mentor a team of 10 designers and videographers, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement. - **Brand Stewardship:** Master distinct design languages, color codes, and brand identities while maintaining a premium look across various business units. - **AI Integration:** Lead the adoption of Generative AI tools and advanced design software to enhance storytelling innovation within the team. - **End-to-End Production:** Oversee all video production cycles, from ideation and storyboarding to final post-production and delivery. - **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary creative partner for Business Heads, translating their objectives into high-performing visual assets. - **Quality Control:** Establish a rigorous review process to ensure every output is a brand-building asset and not "basic" operational work. **The Ideal Candidate:** - **"Go-Getter" Mindset:** Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to innovation. - **Technical Mastery:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience in using AI tools to enhance creative workflows. - **Leadership Experience:** Minimum 8 to 10 years in a creative role, with at least 3 years managing a creative team in an agency or corporate setting. - **Portfolio:** Showcase a diverse portfolio demonstrating high-end video production and sophisticated graphic design across various industries and brand styles. - **Process-Oriented:** Ability to establish a production workflow that efficiently handles high volumes of requests without compromising creative quality.
