As a B2B Resellers Strategic Alliances Account Manager, your role focuses on managing reseller partners and forging alliances to expand voucher issuance channels in fintech or payments ecosystems. You will drive revenue through partner onboarding, joint go-to-market strategies, and account optimization for mutual growth.
- Onboard B2B resellers by negotiating terms for voucher distribution. Provide training on issuance platforms and sales enablement.
- Nurture strategic alliances by co-developing campaigns. Track performance KPIs and resolve issues to maximize reseller revenue and platform adoption.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and ops teams to customize reseller programs. Monitor pipelines and identify upsell opportunities in corporate gifting.
Candidates for this role should have 5-8 years of experience in B2B account management or partnerships, ideally with resellers in fintech, SaaS, or digital rewards like gift vouchers. Proficiency in CRM tools, relationship-building, and data-driven strategies is crucial. Experience at payments firms enhances fit.
