Role Overview:
As a BI Senior Manager / Manager at Birdeye, you will play a crucial role in reporting and forecasting business activities, providing key analytics for the global marketing organization. You will be required to work closely with international marketing leaders and contribute to driving key business decisions and efficiency within the marketing team. Your dedication to operational data analysis will be essential in achieving operational excellence and supporting the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting and analytics support to management to gain insights backed by data.
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen, quantitative and technical skills, and effectively communicate the company's strategy to help achieve operational excellence.
- Support the entire UK organization, global BDR organization, and broader Sales organization with reporting and analytics.
- Monitor and manage key revenue and marketing funnel metrics to enhance marketing spend efficiency and revenue growth.
- Identify potential issues in the marketing funnel and collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to develop action plans.
- Improve marketing procedures, data gathering, and analytical models, co-lead the UK forecasting model, and create prediction models for campaign ROI calculations.
- Develop dashboards to transform large datasets into actionable insights for proactive and reactive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on reporting and analysis needs, work with the Tableau Team on dashboard development, and monitor sales and marketing organizations' performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive improvements in the customer success organization and work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Insights, Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics with expertise in handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in various marketing attribution techniques, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, and familiarity with marketing technologies.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and machine learning are advantageous.
- Previous experience in SaaS, B2B environments, particularly in US-based multinationals, is beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, etc.).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or G-Suite equivalents).
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to motivate change, influence stakeholders, and interpret critical data for decision-making.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and follow-through skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Positive attitude, ability to craft data-driven stories, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
