Job Description

As a Growth Specialist Trainee at Coschool, you will be part of a structured 45-day program designed for energetic and motivated freshers who aspire to build a career in EdTech sales. During this program, you will learn about the SchoolAI product, understand the principal-level demo flow, practice sales pitches, and gain real-time exposure to school leadership conversations. This training will prepare you for a full-time Growth Specialist role where you will be responsible for driving school acquisitions, demos, and product adoption. During the program, you can expect the following: - An intensive 4-week growth bootcamp with "AI as your trainer" to fast-track your learning. - Mentorship and guidance to develop a strong foundation in product-led growth and user metrics. - Immersion in a dynamic startup culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and rapid growth. - A clear career pathway from 45 days Training to Probation to a Regular Role with exciting long-term opportunities. - Opportunity to work on a global product and be part of a team that leads and scales the SchoolAI Product. - Successful completion of the training boot camp will lead to a transition to onrolls. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Completing all Coschool & SchoolAI product modules on time and clearing product assessments. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of product workflows for Principals, Teachers, Students, and Parents. - Performing AI-led and peer role plays with clarity in pitch, demo flow, and objection handling. - Developing your own pitch style and demo flow using key product messages and delivering mock demos with clarity, creativity, and strong communication. - Shadowing real demos and school interactions during the 15-day onsite phase. - Maintaining 100% attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of all tasks. - Showing professionalism, a positive attitude, and coachability throughout the program. - Achieving benchmark scores required to qualify for the full-time Growth Specialist role. Your Key Skills Requirement: - Strong communication skills with clarity in interactions and confidence in presentation. - Street-smart, adaptable, and self-driven with a hunger to learn and grow. - Willingness to work on the ground, analyze data, and suggest growth tactics based on evidence. - Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and understanding of users. - Exposure to case studies or any internships is a plus. For this position, we are looking for candidates who are Final-year MBA (Marketing) students or recently graduated MBA postgraduates with a Marketing specialization. The location for this opportunity is the People Combine Office in Hyderabad. The training phase consists of a 30-day assessment-based learning phase. Only candidates who successfully clear the 30-day assessments will move on to the 15-day in-office training phase. Candidates who do not pass the 30-day evaluation will not progress to the onsite training phase.
