Job Description
As an experienced Growth Product Manager at this Bengaluru-based company, your role will involve driving product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for defining strategic north star metrics, leading external growth initiatives, designing and executing product-led initiatives, and owning the Partner Training Portal. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Customer Success team, identify high-leverage product opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to execute growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own strategic north star metrics to drive growth across current product lines.
- Lead external growth initiatives to improve lead generation, consideration, and conversion.
- Design and execute product-led initiatives to generate and nurture leads and accelerate product trials.
- Own and grow the Partner Training Portal for educating partners and driving adoption of BIK's offerings.
- Work with the Customer Success team to generate insights for retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identify high-leverage product opportunities through data analysis and user feedback.
- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to execute growth experiments.
- Support GTM teams on campaign strategy and user education.
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and report on performance regularly.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on growth.
- Proven track record of driving user adoption, engagement, and revenue metrics.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in e-commerce, customer support, or marketing technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI-powered products and driving AI feature adoption.
- Knowledge of customer support platforms, helpdesk solutions, or omnichannel marketing tools.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools.
In this role, you will directly influence key business metrics, shape the platform's user experience, enable e-commerce businesses to leverage AI technologies, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Please note that the company follows a fast-paced and friendly interview process with four rounds, including an assignment round and a virtually proctored Aptitude Test. During interviews, you may be required to write your thoughts on Google Docs, so having a notebook and pen handy is recommended.
