Job Description
As a candidate for the position at Verona, you will play a crucial role in taking Verona's growth story to the next level. Your responsibilities will include leading the marketing strategy, user acquisition, partnerships, and in-app growth. You will collaborate closely with Media Labs to shape and strengthen the brand. In addition, you will work towards building a leading matchmaking brand in the world through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-funnel marketing activities including performance campaigns, CRM, and community engagement to scale user growth.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize in-app engagement and user experience.
- Analyze and optimize sales performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market data to refine pricing, promotions, and growth initiatives.
- Define and execute Verona's marketing and growth strategy.
- Craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging digital platforms, social media, influencer collaborations, content marketing, and experiential events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Verona's brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
- Lead creative storytelling, PR, and communications efforts.
- Manage external agencies, media partnerships, and brand collaborations.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree from Tier 1 colleges in India and abroad.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within consumer tech or matchmaking tech spaces.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Additionally, as part of the team at Verona, you will have the opportunity to partner with product, data, and engineering teams to align marketing with product innovation. You will introduce new initiatives to enhance user growth and advocate for a user-centric product development process. Furthermore, you will build, mentor, and lead a high-performance growth team while staying aligned with industry trends and technological advancements.
