Graphic & Web Designer

As a Web Graphic Designer at Sanofi Business Operations Medical & Events (SBO), your main responsibility is to design and develop web-based components in Veeva Vault, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript following provided guidelines and specifications. Your role involves collaborating with Content Enhancement team and Scientific Writers to ensure scientific communication materials meet stakeholder requirements. You will work on business-critical deliverables such as HTML Emailers and static web pages, while extending support for digital and interactive deliverables like slide decks, scientific posters, newsletters, and patient education materials. Proactively communicating issues, managing projects, and adhering to defined quality and timelines are key aspects of your role. Moreover, you are expected to upskill, share best practices, and stay updated with the latest technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: 2 to 6 years in creation of HTML emailers and Web graphic design, with desirable experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry - Soft skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment - Technical skills: Creative knowledge in Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Veeva Vault, W3C validation, Google page speed, graphics tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Dreamweaver, Microsoft PowerPoint, following brand guidelines, and knowledge of current design trends - Education: Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design or art with focus on visualizing scientific content - Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written) In this role, you will play a vital part in the design and development of various web-based components, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
