Job Description

As the Visual Design Lead, your role is pivotal in leading the visual design strategy and execution across various digital and print assets. You will be responsible for overseeing brand campaigns, marketing collaterals, presentations, social media creatives, websites, and UI-related assets. Your duties include owning and governing brand guidelines for internal and client brands, reviewing and approving creative deliverables, and ensuring high standards with minimal rework. Additionally, you will drive conceptual thinking and storytelling to create engaging visuals from complex healthcare information. Your responsibilities will also involve leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of graphic designers to ensure continuous skill development and creative maturity. Collaborating closely with various teams including marketing, content, UX, product, medical, and business, you will deliver integrated, omnichannel solutions. You will also need to confidently present creative concepts, rationale, and design strategies to internal stakeholders and global clients. In terms of execution and delivery, you will be expected to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs while managing multiple projects and priorities. Balancing creativity with scalability, speed, and healthcare regulatory considerations is key. Coordination with external vendors or agencies may be necessary at times. Staying updated on design trends, digital marketing innovations, and GenAI tools is crucial for driving innovation and quality in your role. You will be required to drive efficiencies through design systems, reusable templates, and AI-enabled workflows, while ensuring adherence to healthcare, compliance, accessibility, and platform-specific design standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. - 8+ years of relevant design experience, with 23 years in a lead or managerial role. - Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, digital marketing, or agency environments is highly preferred. - A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and digital design leadership.
