GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a graphic designer with 2-3 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your projects and work independently at Outland Circle, a marketing agency in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include creating professional-quality designs for various mediums such as social media, advertisements, print collaterals like brochures, presentation decks, and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, and print collaterals - Utilize Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Demonstrate a keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail - Apply design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and visual hierarchy - Present a solid portfolio showcasing different project types Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer - Degree or diploma in visual design (preferred but not mandatory) - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Strong understanding of design principles - Ability to work on-site in the office for 1-2 days a week and hybrid work from home for the rest - Unlimited leaves policy and a culture of collaboration and negotiation At Outland Circle, we do not focus on branding or UI/UX work.
