Job Description
As a Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator at Lubrizol, you play a crucial role in providing service and support to customers and the commercial division. Your responsibilities include coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery, efficient response to customer orders, and maintaining customer relationships. You are expected to:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different GBUs to provide a unified response to customers.
- Provide timely and efficient responses to customer orders, inquiries, and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain links with customers, sales teams, and other departments to promote cooperation and professional communication.
- Keep internal customers informed of all developments for seamless business operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer delight and add value to Lubrizol.
In the area of order processing, your responsibilities involve:
- Receiving purchase orders, processing local and import sales orders, and providing order confirmations to customers.
- Coordinating with the commercial team to maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensuring all goods shipped are invoiced within the same month.
- Coordinating with service providers and processing orders as per defined SLAs.
- Creating and updating customer-specific documentation and commercial documents.
- Analyzing Letter of Credit terms and coordinating necessary documentation.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to process sales return orders and with the OTC team for Credit/Debit notes.
Additionally, your role includes management reporting tasks such as:
- Regular review of open order reports with the commercial team.
- Reporting monthly sales data to stakeholders.
- Reporting customer complaints and closure reports.
