Role Overview:
As an IT Operations Management Apprentice at Volvo Group in Bangalore, India, you will have the opportunity to contribute to driving change within the Security & Information Management department. Your role will involve interacting with the IT Operation Management team, developing processes and tools to optimize activities through digital solutions, and utilizing your creativity and knowledge to solve quality issues and monitor indicators. Your fundamental characteristics should include creativity, autonomy, goodwill, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of critical data: Check available OBO dashboards, provide analysis.
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation is available, including user manuals and SOPs. Register all requests in the backlog from Local IT teams and follow them throughout the lifecycle.
- Structuring of workflows and operational organization: Provide assistance and support to Local IT teams, act as an active interface with OBO suppliers, and facilitate collaboration between OBO groups and suppliers.
- Active engagement in creating and executing marketing and communication plans.
- Create and contribute to the team's digital identity creation.
Qualifications Required:
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactivity and an analytical profile.
- Agile mindset and logical reasoning.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Studying fields such as information technology, engineering, or similar.
