Job Description
As an Employee Onboarding and Email Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Create email IDs for new employees and manage onboarding setup, including OUs, policies, and licenses.
- Handle offboarding procedures such as disabling access, wiping devices, removing groups, and managing mail forwarding.
- Manage mailbox deletions, retention, and backup/migration to shared mailboxes.
- Assign and manage Akku and Google Vault licenses for eligible users.
- Create and configure Google Groups with correct permissions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on joiners, leavers, storage, and other key metrics.
- Share monthly separated-user lists with RCC/RDC teams.
- Monitor inactive accounts and follow up for deactivation.
- Support email creation/separation for RV and Polytechnic institutions.
- Upload content to institutional websites and verify updates.
- Assist users with GWS features like labels, filters, and access configurations.
- Perform account locking/unlocking as required for audits.
- Support ad-hoc projects and implementation tasks.
- Handle day-to-day troubleshooting for Mail, Drive, and user access.
