Your robust background in IT strategy, operations management, security oversight, compliance, and people leadership will be essential in ensuring the resilience and operational excellence of our technology environments to support our global business objectives. **Responsibilities:** - **Infrastructure Oversight:** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for optimal performance and high availability. - **Data Center and Cloud Management:** Oversee data centers, cloud services, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless support for business operations. - **Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:** Maintain essential IT global operations and regularly assess processes, technologies, and vendor relationships for improvement opportunities. - **Employee Onboarding:** Drive IT-related employee onboarding to enhance the overall employee experience with technology. - **Compliance and Standards:** Ensure adherence to regulations, industry standards, and best practices in IT operations. - **Incident and Problem Management:** Oversee incident management and implement problem management practices to minimize downtime. - **Project Ownership:** Lead key projects aligned with organizational goals. - **Technology Evaluation:** Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the organization innovative. - **Inventory Management:** Track and maintain hardware and software inventory for optimal resource management. - **Risk Analysis:** Identify vulnerabilities and enhance productivity and accuracy for informed business decisions. - **Network Optimization:** Ensure network components meet organizational needs and leverage capabilities effectively. - **Cost-Benefit Analysis:** Prepare reports for necessary upgrades and evaluate vendors for the best service and value. - **Training and Support:** Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical support to employees. - **Disaster Recovery Planning:** Develop and execute disaster recovery procedures with regular data backups. - **Security Operations (SecOps):** Provide oversight of Security Operations, including monitoring and incident response. - **Compliance Frameworks:** Implement and maintain IT and security controls aligned with industry frameworks. - **Vendor Security:** Collaborate for vendor security assessments and financial oversight for IT operations. - **Governance / ITIL:** Establish ITIL-based processes, risk management, and change management practices. - **Communication:** Effectively communicate with executive management and stakeholders regarding IT performance and opportunities. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Align IT operations with business needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Required And Preferred Skills, Experience And Competencies:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven track record in leading IT infrastructure projects across global enterprises. - Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Windows-based systems. - Expertise in current technologies, enterprise backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring. - Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in IT solutions implementation. - Experience supporting productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and WeCom. - Security Oversight & Incident Response Coordination. - IT Governance, Risk & Compliance knowledge. - Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management experience. - Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control skills. - Professional certifications in IT administration and/or networking are highly desirable.
