Generative AI Learning Content Specialist - Fresher

As a Subject Matter Expert (Chemistry) at CK-12, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and high-quality learning content for K-12 Science & Math aligned to Indian curricula. Your main responsibilities will include using GenAI tools to draft concept explanations, micro-lessons, question banks, and assessments, as well as building Gen AI Content Playbooks to enable consistent content generation at scale. Additionally, you will collaborate with SMEs, designers, and engineers to integrate content into production pipelines and tooling. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality and engaging learning content for K-12 Science & Math aligned to Indian curricula, focusing on common misconceptions and clear scaffolding. - Utilize GenAI tools to draft and iterate concept explanations, micro-lessons, worked examples, question banks, and assessments. - Build Gen AI Content Playbooks: reusable prompt frameworks, content blueprints, templates, rubrics, and checklists for consistent content generation. - Develop simple interactives and simulations to effectively explain concepts. - Review and validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy and clarity, and improve playbooks based on feedback. - Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and engineers to integrate content and playbooks into production pipelines. Qualifications Required: - Strong familiarity with K12 Science and/or Math content. - Proven ability to create student-friendly explanations, examples, and practice. - Hands-on experience using generative AI for educational content creation. - Ability to create repeatable Generative AI Content Playbooks. - Comfort with coding for building basic learning interactives. - Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail. Desired Skills: - Experience with structured item writing and difficulty calibration. - Familiarity with tools like Markdown, LaTeX, and Google Docs. - Experience building interactive visualizations. - Prior experience in ed-tech or curriculum publishing.
