Generative AI Engineer - NLP/Computer Vision

As an AI Data Scientist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing advanced AI models using deep learning and machine learning techniques to tackle complex problems. Your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision will be vital in enhancing our AI-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities & Skillsets:** - Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI models by utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques. - Extract insights from large datasets, build predictive models, and optimize AI algorithms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and address business problems through AI and data science. - Create GenAI solutions incorporating LLM (Large Language Models) like RAG, Agentic AI, and Chatbots. - Deploy end-to-end model pipelines in cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure. - Apply customized NLP techniques for processing unstructured text data effectively. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI and NLP to apply innovative solutions. - Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable insights. - Optimize and fine-tune AI models to enhance their performance and accuracy. - Uphold data privacy and security practices throughout the AI development process. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's or Ph.D. in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or similar discipline. - Strong experience in data science, Gen AI model development, and deployment. - Proficiency in Python, Postgres, Git, and Supabase (preferred). - Solid understanding of fine-tuning foundation models and their Gen AI applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex AI projects. - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members. - Experience with frameworks and tools like PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, Github Actions. - Knowledge of data preprocessing, PDF processing, RAG evaluation, and CI/CD pipeline. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
