As a Gen/AI Integration Specialist at S&P Global, you will play a crucial role in integrating Gen/AI within content creation processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with content teams to analyze opportunities for AI application, guiding the creation of effective prompts, and supporting content creators as they transition into an AI-centric workflow. You will also focus on promoting the use of GenAI and automation tools within the business workflows, providing training and support on AI and GenAI capabilities for existing and new platforms and services. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with content creators to identify and implement GenAI solutions, including writing effective prompts and engaging GenAI to optimize content generation. This may involve developing complex prompts to enhance content quality and extract data for databases. - Champion the adoption of new platforms like Monarch and Olivaw, embracing the GenAI embedded in these platforms. - Model and encourage change management practices to ensure successful transitions and foster technology adoption among business teams. - Facilitate additional enterprise Gen/AI trainings to impacted groups. - Create relevant, simple, and concise training content and process documents to help colleagues understand changes, tell a compelling story, and enable effective sharing of information. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in crafting prompts for generative AI, showcasing a portfolio of examples ranging from simple to complex scenarios. - Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, computer science, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered. - Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in creating effective AI prompts. - Proficiency in a scripting language like Python to facilitate prompt development and testing. - Proficient in training and change management to promote technology adoption. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in the English language, both in writing and speaking. - Ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical applications for non-technical teams.
