You are invited to join Futurism Technologies as a Cyber Security Trainer at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune location. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging learners through interactive sessions, labs, quizzes, and recap strategies. Your coaching will be tailored to prepare learners for certifications, assist in career planning, and provide guidance for resume writing and interview preparation. Additionally, you will offer post-training support via Q&A forums, project guidance, and access to lab resources. Key Responsibilities: - Engage learners through high interactivity sessions, labs, quizzes, and recap strategies. - Provide tailored coaching for certification readiness, career planning, and resume/interview preparation. - Offer post-training support through Q&A forums, project guidance, and lab access. - Demonstrate the use of SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, and ELK in log correlation, threat detection, and alert tuning. - Guide learners through incident response steps from detection to recovery. - Cover integration of threat intel feeds, IOC/IOA analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, including roles in architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming, and cloud security. - Proven track record as a trainer/mentor with exceptional presentation, articulation, and learner engagement abilities. - Robust experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, Qradar, and ELK Stack.
