Fullstack Developer - Python and Javascript

By leveraging smartphone technology in both rural and urban markets, we aim to create sustainable self-employment opportunities for micro-retailers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate tech depth, breadth, and problem-solving skills. - Conduct design and architecture reviews. - Manage and mentor a team effectively. - Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprints. - Uphold quality standards through design reviews, code reviews, and testing. - Engage in hands-on coding for at least 50% of your time. - Utilize Python/Django/Flask for development tasks. - Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React). - Experience in microservices-based architecture. - Proficiency in SQL and no-SQL databases. - Ability to write and refactor code independently. - Understanding of algorithm complexity. - Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with design patterns, cloud scaling, and AWS/GCP. - Proficiency in BDD/TDD, performance testing, and security principles. - Experience with REST principles and microservices. - Knowledge of version control and branching strategies. - Understanding of application security fundamentals. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors in Computer Science. - Hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask. - Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React). - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases. - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes. - Knowledge of design patterns, cloud scaling, AWS/GCP. - Understanding of BDD/TDD, performance testing, security principles. - Proficiency in REST principles, version control, application security fundamentals.
