Job Description
As a Financial Controller / Financial Manager in the manufacturing/energy sector, your role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. Your strategic financial planning skills will be key in ensuring cost control and adherence to regulatory and corporate financial policies. You will provide leadership in financial decision-making, improve financial processes, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Accounts in line with IND AS, accounting standards, and Limited Review requirements of SEBI and ICAI.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting following IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor and control operational and capital expenditures to optimize cost structures.
- Establish robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Enhance financial systems and reporting tools for better efficiency through financial transformation initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- CA Qualified with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates from Big 4 & Listed Companies will be preferred.
