Job Description

Role Overview: As a team lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors to conduct financial statement audits for the Bank's Indian operations. Your role will involve planning and executing audits, evaluating internal controls, and preparing audit reports. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and executing financial statement audits. - Managing a team of auditors. - Evaluating internal controls and identifying weaknesses. - Preparing audit reports and communicating findings to management. - Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations. - Staying current on accounting standards and regulatory changes. Qualification Required: - CA/CPA qualification. - 2-4 years of experience in financial auditing. - Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and IFRS. - Experience managing audit teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills. - Proficiency in audit software.
