Job Description
As an Ameriprise India LLP team member, you will work alongside dedicated financial advisors and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients. Your role will involve managing office workflow to enhance the client experience and uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in client service activities, including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions
- Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule appointments, create agendas, and provide follow-up support
- Ensure timely submission of new business paperwork, track applications, and coordinate account rollovers
- Support marketing events by creating compliance documentation and coordinating logistics
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing expenses, preparing client correspondence, and organizing client files
- Aid advisors in enhancing their social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Assist clients in enrolling and utilizing various Ameriprise tools effectively
**Required Qualifications:**
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensing certifications (e.g., SERIES 7, State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance)
- Availability to work evening hours from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30 am to 6 pm CST)
- Graduation in finance discipline preferred, with 0-1 year of experience or a 1-year diploma
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Familiarity with financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels and ability to meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in interacting with advisors or U.S. business partners is advantageous
