Role Overview:
As a seasoned professional in consulting, your primary responsibility will be to build and develop strong client relationships with our regional stakeholders. You will own and develop our offerings and assets while supporting Go-to-Market initiatives and leading response creation for RFPs/RFQs. Your role will involve designing and optimizing client service business processes for efficiency and high performance. Additionally, you will undertake sales origination, work with client teams to identify opportunities, and lead projects to ensure high-quality advisory and consulting services to major clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design client service business processes for efficiency and high performance
- Undertake sales origination and work with client teams to identify opportunities
- Lead, plan, and manage a high-performing team to deliver quality outcomes aligned with Time and Quality metrics
- Develop articulate presentations communicating proposals, strategies, plans, and outcomes
- Lead account management and business development initiatives
- Lead proposals related to our offerings and successfully present them to clients
- Create new services, tools, and materials to enhance market success
- Achieve ambitious targets for growth, utilization, and operational excellence
- Maintain relationships with client management to manage service expectations
- Participate in recruiting, retaining, and training professionals
- Create and maintain an environment enabling effective delivery and high-quality outcomes
Qualifications Required:
- 15 years of consulting work experience
- Education in BE/B.Tech./ME/MTech/BBA/CA/MBA
- 10 years of experience in FP&A or similar role within finance functions
- Experience with financial planning tools (OneStream, Board, Cognos, Anaplan)
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools
- Understanding of Finance Business Functions (Budgeting, Forecasting), Financial Reporting
- Experience in creating data sources, transformation rules, cube views, workflow profiles, and more in financial planning applications
- Experience with SQL Server and RDBMS systems
- Skills in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Experience working with Multi-dimensional databases (MOLAP) and ROLAP
- Strong people skills, work ethic, and customer focus
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
