Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the overall financial processes and operations related to PA/PG and wallet guidelines by RBI. Your role will involve handling complete transactions including PG and Wallet collection, merchant payouts, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. You will identify automation opportunities to improve processes, work with the tech team for continuous process improvements, manage nodal accounts, handle merchant payment-related queries, and resolve issues related to refunds and chargebacks. Additionally, you will interact with banking partners and other stakeholders, perform MIS reporting, and close financials at month-end/Qtr end. Good knowledge of SAP Accounting is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure training and growth of team members in Team Management - Work on multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills - Display orientation to problem-solving and go the extra mile - Manage overall PAPG financial process and operations - Timely execution of operational activities including reconciliation, settlement, and reporting - Identify automation opportunities and improve processes - Collaborate with the tech team for continuous process improvements and automation - Handle merchant payment-related queries and provide adequate resolution - Manage issues related to refunds and chargebacks - Interact with banking partners and other stakeholders - Perform MIS reporting and financials closing at month-end/Qtr end - Possess good knowledge of SAP Accounting (Good to have) Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience - Preferable industries - Digital Payments Company / E-commerce - CA and MBA (Finance) qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Excel Company Details: Paytm is India's leading financial services company offering full-stack payments & financial solutions.
