- Plant Finance Management
- Understanding of Foundry Operations (melting, molding, casting)
- Inventory Valuation & Control
- Production Cost Analysis
Furthermore, you will be involved in Commercial & Business Partnering tasks, such as:
- Cross-functional Collaboration (Sales, Operations, Procurement)
- Pricing Negotiation Support
- Commercial Decision-Making
- Stakeholder Management (Plant Head / CFO level)
Working Capital & Cash Flow management will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, covering:
- Working Capital Optimization
- Cash Flow Planning & Management
- Inventory, Receivables & Payables Control
Ensuring Compliance & Governance within the organization is another vital part of your role, involving:
- Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Audit Management (Internal & External)
Proficiency in Tools & Systems like ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Similar), Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling, and Data Analysis & MIS Dashboards will be necessary.
