As a Finance Controller with specialization in Foundry / Manufacturing, your role will involve a wide range of financial and strategic responsibilities. Some of the key skills required for this position include: - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis - Financial Reporting & MIS - Business Finance & Strategic Decision Support In addition, your expertise should cover Costing & Pricing, focusing on areas such as: - Product Costing (Casting / Metal Components) - Standard & Activity-Based Costing (ABC) - Metal Product Pricing Strategy - Contribution Margin & Profitability Analysis - Cost Optimization & Cost Reduction Your role will also entail managing Manufacturing / Foundry Finance, which includes: - Plant Finance Management - Understanding of Foundry Operations (melting, molding, casting) - Inventory Valuation & Control - Production Cost Analysis Furthermore, you will be involved in Commercial & Business Partnering tasks, such as: - Cross-functional Collaboration (Sales, Operations, Procurement) - Pricing Negotiation Support - Commercial Decision-Making - Stakeholder Management (Plant Head / CFO level) Working Capital & Cash Flow management will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, covering: - Working Capital Optimization - Cash Flow Planning & Management - Inventory, Receivables & Payables Control Ensuring Compliance & Governance within the organization is another vital part of your role, involving: - Internal Controls & Risk Management - Statutory Compliance & Taxation - Audit Management (Internal & External) Proficiency in Tools & Systems like ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Similar), Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling, and Data Analysis & MIS Dashboards will be necessary.
