Finance Co-ordinator

As a Billing Specialist, your role involves reporting activities related to pertinent processes. You will be responsible for handling utility and other bills swiftly, ensuring accurate billing of customers, and addressing any billing problems and disputes that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with various parties to gather and share relevant information, make necessary adjustments to customer accounts, and enter adjustments into the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. Your contribution will also be crucial in improving and redesigning processes, maintaining records and documentation, and upholding the confidentiality of information. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of total work experience (preferred). Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
