Finance Business Management Manager - Financial Services

Role Overview: You will be part of the Financial Services, banking, Insurance, and Capital Market vertical at Accenture. Specifically, you will be working with the Insurance team to help clients transform their insurance operations into a digital, cost-efficient, agile operating model. Your role will involve providing expertise in areas such as employee benefits, life and annuity, property and casualty, and retirement services. You will be responsible for reinsurance operations, reinsurance accounting, technical accounting, reporting, claims, collections, and supporting the underwriter. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding and training the team to ensure an effective working environment and delivering processes and services that meet or exceed established KPIs.
