Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead and perform installation, startup, commissioning, and testing of Sidel Equipment at customer sites, specializing in Mechanic or Mechatronic. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conducting training, and delivering other after-sales services for Sidel's equipment installed at customer sites. Understanding customer needs to offer objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all site activities related to equipment installation, startup, validation, commissioning, and Customer Acceptance Validation (CAV) to achieve targets for customer satisfaction and installation effectiveness within the set planning and budget. - Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications. - Operate on Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting following Standard Operating Procedures. - Perform basic electrical work such as cable wiring. - Handle, check, and address equipment non-conformities appropriately. - Regularly submit work time and technical reports related to activities performed. - Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules in all activities. - Identify and report after-sales opportunities observed on customer sites. - Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and report deliverables. - Report to the ISM for team site activities or act as Installation Site Manager for standalone machine projects. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in field activities. - Minimum 2 years of Field Service or Site Management experience; Field Service experience is advantageous. - Experience in the beverage industry. - Solid technical background in Mechanical or Mechatronic fields. - Familiarity with SIDEL Portfolio is preferred. - Knowledge of process machinery upstream of SIDEL equipment. - Willingness to travel up to 90% in an international environment.
